Victoria Encourages Teens to 'Act Out Loud'
With teens dying in car related accidents everyday across the United States, Victoria has gotten behind the 'Act Out Loud' campaign voicing her support for stronger teen driving laws. Victoria encourages teens to create an 'Act Out Loud Yearbook' on Facebook and share the message that they intend to drive safe and hope their friends do the same, ensuring that teens are getting home safe each and everyday.

yep i feel the same way due to the high numbers of teen involved accidents on the rise and the sad part is most of them are fatal. but their should be time limits set for young drivers like a curfew or something like that. most teen accidents happen at night mostly weekend nights due to the hole street racing ordeal....
