Starring on a Nickelodeon show can be a major career springboard. (See: Miranda Cosgrove on iCarly, Nina Dobrev on Degrassi, Michelle Tractenberg on The Adventures of Pete & Pete, or even Ryan Gosling on Are You Afraid of the Dark? - yes, we went there.)

But Victoria Justice is well aware of the hard work and smart choices she'll need to make in order to move out of tween territory. "I realize being on Nickelodeon right now, I'm going to have to prove myself," says the 18-year-old. "I'm in about three scenes of the [Sundance] movie [The First Time, starring Britt Robertson and Dylan O'Brien]," she says of her latest project. "I'm really proud of them, and I'll get to show some range, but the movie is not really on my shoulders."

But what about Fun Size, a Halloween-themed comedy from OC and Gossip Girl creator Josh Schwartz coming out in October? "Yeah!" she says, "That one's definitely on my shoulders!"
